I disagree, the Yamaha s90es has a better action and piano sample than 90% of home console models

However if you do this on a grand with tuning pin bushings it will stain them! In our shop we have to restring a piano and replace the bushings because someone tried this 😞

I used to have a Yamaha CLP-470. The wood didn't do anything for me. However, I do own a Kawai MP7SE with plastic keys, which is very responsive and a joy to play.

Roland speakers are a little Buzzy and the sound is brighter than the Kawai but the Roland FP30 Action is better than the ES120
